2. What shipping options are available?

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

  • FREE SHIPPING: 7–14 business days – FREE

  • Free Standard: 7–14 business days – $10.00

  • Express: 3–6 business days – $20.00

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery times depend on your selected method:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Standard / Free Shipping: 7–14 business days We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship both domestically within the United States and internationally to over 235 countries (including the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and more). Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the package reaches your destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.

5. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your jewelry must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom/personalized products.
