Please Note: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Damages and Lost Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the package upon reception and contact us immediately at arminda.madril@markazonguldak.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include photo evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
